We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn, undamaged jewellery in its original packaging. Simply contact us at hello@mirelleandco.co.za to initiate a return.
Yes — all Mirelle & Co orders arrive in our signature gift box. If you'd like a personalised message included, simply add a note at checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayFast, as well as EFT. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Store pieces in the provided box when not in use, avoid contact with perfume, moisture, and chemicals, and polish gently with a soft cloth. Full care instructions are included with every order.
