We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible.
However:
- Colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
- Product photographs are for illustrative purposes, and slight variations may occur.
- Measurements, weights and dimensions are approximate unless otherwise specified.
Natural gemstones may display unique colour variations and inclusions, making every piece one of a kind.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed on our Website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Acceptance of your order only occurs once payment has been successfully received and your order has been prepared for dispatch.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where:
- payment cannot be verified;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- Incorrect pricing has occurred;
- stock is unavailable; or
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.
Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
We accept secure online payments through approved payment providers available at checkout.
Payment must be successfully received before any order is dispatched.
We do not store your payment card information.
7. Shipping
Orders are shipped within South Africa using The Courier Guy.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
9. Manufacturing Warranty
Eligible jewellery is covered by our manufacturing warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- accidental damage;
- normal wear and tear;
- scratches;
- misuse;
- chemical damage;
- improper storage;
- unauthorised repairs; or
- loss or theft.

10. Jewellery Care
Customers are responsible for caring for their jewellery in accordance with our Jewellery Care Guide.
Damage resulting from improper care or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to:

- branding,
- graphics,
- product descriptions,
- text,
- website design,
is the property of Mirelle and Co or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
