We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely and as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

During promotional periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Within South Africa

We proudly ship nationwide using The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s leading courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Major metropolitan areas: 1–3 business days
  • Regional areas: 2–4 business days
  • Remote or outlying areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

From time to time, Mirelle and Co may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our Website.


Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your The Courier Guy tracking number.

You can monitor your shipment directly using the tracking link provided.


Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.

Mirelle and Co cannot be held responsible for delays or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.


Signature on Delivery

For security purposes, deliveries may require a signature upon receipt.

Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the shipping address provided.


Delayed Deliveries

While we work closely with The Courier Guy to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

Should your parcel experience unexpected delays, please contact us, and we will gladly assist in liaising with the courier on your behalf.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the parcel
  • Photographs of the item(s)
  • A description of the damage

If your parcel is believed to be lost in transit, we will investigate the matter with The Courier Guy before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel;
  • An incorrect delivery address, or
  • Failure to collect the parcel after the courier notification,

Additional delivery charges may apply to resend your order.


International Shipping

At this time, Mirelle and Co ships within South Africa only.

Should international shipping become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
